What is a “System”?
A checklist for something your business needs to get done—such as opening the shop, preparing an event or welcoming a new employee. Your Business contains Systems; each System contains Tasks.
Does every System need a deadline?
No. A System can have a deadline or be open-ended. It can be for a one-off job or use a setup you save for later. Systems do not repeat automatically.
Does everyone on my team need to pay?
No. The owner pays for the Business Plan. Team members can join that Business without their own subscription. People limits include the owner.
Is the US$150 offer a lifetime plan?
No. The Founding Business Pass covers 10 calendar years of the same base WePrep Business Plan, including 2 Businesses, for a one-time US$150 payment. It is limited to the first 100 successful purchases and does not renew automatically. Additional Businesses are billed separately.
