WePrep currently handles support and account-related requests through the authenticated Feedback form. Sign in, then open Settings → Feedback.

Please describe what happened and the page you were using, but do not send passwords, sign-in codes, invitation links or other secrets. Feedback does not guarantee an individual response.

Account and data deletion

Sign in with the Google account used for WePrep, then submit an Other request through Settings → Feedback. Start the message with “Account deletion” and state whether you want the entire account deleted or need help removing particular Group data.

Deletion may remove your profile and data you own. Shared accountability records or data controlled by another Group owner may require a narrower response so the shared checklist remains understandable. We will explain the applicable scope before completing the request.

Deleting WePrep data does not delete your Google account. You can separately remove WePrep’s Google access from your Google Account settings.

Business billing support

For a Business billing question, sign in and send Feedback from Settings. Start the message with “Billing support” and do not include full card details, passwords or verification codes.

Business subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. The Stripe customer portal provides payment-method updates, invoices, receipts and cancellation for the end of the current paid period.

We do not normally provide prorated refunds or unused-time credits. Contact support about duplicate or incorrect charges, or where applicable law requires a different outcome.

Notifications and offline use

Checklist reminders require a supported browser and, on iPhone or iPad, an installed Home Screen app. Delivery is not guaranteed. WePrep can show a limited offline fallback, but checklist editing is not fully available offline.
