Using WePrep

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and use an account you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity through your account, the people you invite and the content you add to shared Businesses.

Use WePrep lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to access another Business without permission, disrupt the service, introduce malicious content, probe security controls or misuse invitations and notifications.

Shared content and responsibilities

You keep responsibility for the content you enter. You permit WePrep to process that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. Business members may view and change shared checklist information according to their permissions.

WePrep is an organisational aid. It does not replace professional, medical, legal, safety or travel advice. Check critical plans and information independently.

Beta service and notifications

The beta may contain defects, change or experience interruptions. Browser notifications are best-effort and may be delayed or blocked by devices, browsers, operating systems or network providers. WePrep does not guarantee uptime, notification delivery or complete offline functionality.

Offline use is limited to authorised Checklists previously stored in that browser profile. Browser storage may be cleared or evicted. Pending changes synchronise while WePrep is open and connected again; a terminated app is not promised to wake itself.

Business Plan and Business Plus billing

New WePrep Business Plan purchases are US$8.99 per month for two covered Businesses. The price, tax and any applicable adjustment shown at Checkout control. Existing confirmed US$7 monthly and US$64 yearly agreements retain their confirmed terms unless the customer chooses a supported change.

The Founding Business Pass is a US$150 one-time purchase that covers the same two Businesses for ten calendar years. It is limited to the first 100 successful purchases, does not renew automatically, and does not include paid Businesses beyond those two.

Business Plus is available to an eligible base-plan owner. Starting with the third Business, each Additional Business is US$12 per month and has its own covered-Business capacity. The applicable Checkout or billing screen states the amount due now, recurring amount and billing dates before consent.

You can update payment details, view invoices and receipts, and manage eligible cancellation through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the relevant paid-period boundary, and valid access continues until then.

We do not normally provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, and WePrep may correct duplicate or incorrect charges.

Downgrade and fair use

When valid Business Plan or Business Plus coverage ends, WePrep does not delete your Businesses, memberships, Systems, Sections, Tasks, Templates or history. Existing protected content remains protected; new paid configuration and expansion remain unavailable until valid coverage returns.

Unlimited Systems and applicable Business Plan templates are for normal human use. WePrep may apply proportionate protections against automated, abusive or service-disrupting use.

Suspension and ending use

Access may be restricted when reasonably needed to protect users, the service or comply with law. You may stop using WePrep at any time and can request account or data deletion through Support.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, WePrep is provided on an “as available” basis without promises beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. WePrep is not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying on a checklist, missed notification or temporary service interruption.
