Using WePrep

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and use an account you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity through your account, the people you invite and the content you add to shared Groups.

Use WePrep lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to access another Group without permission, disrupt the service, introduce malicious content, probe security controls or misuse invitations and notifications.

Shared content and responsibilities

You keep responsibility for the content you enter. You permit WePrep to process that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. Group users may view and change shared checklist information according to their permissions.

WePrep is an organisational aid. It does not replace professional, medical, legal, safety or travel advice. Check critical plans and information independently.

Beta service and notifications

The beta may contain defects, change or experience interruptions. Browser notifications are best-effort and may be delayed or blocked by devices, browsers, operating systems or network providers. WePrep does not guarantee uptime, notification delivery or complete offline functionality.

Business billing

WePrep Business is a recurring subscription processed by Stripe. The price shown at Checkout is charged monthly or yearly in advance and renews for the same interval until cancelled. The yearly plan is charged as one annual US$64 payment; any monthly equivalent is explanatory only.

You can update payment details, view invoices and receipts, and cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Business access continues until then.

We do not normally provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, and WePrep may correct duplicate or incorrect charges.

Downgrade and fair use

When Business ends, WePrep does not delete your Groups, memberships, checklists, Sections, Tasks, templates or history. Resources above Free limits may be paused or archived until you resolve the applicable limits or Business access returns.

Unlimited checklists and Business personal templates are for normal human use. WePrep may apply proportionate protections against automated, abusive or service-disrupting use.

Suspension and ending use

Access may be restricted when reasonably needed to protect users, the service or comply with law. You may stop using WePrep at any time and can request account or data deletion through Support.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, WePrep is provided on an “as available” basis without promises beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. WePrep is not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying on a checklist, missed notification or temporary service interruption.
