How counting worksThe Owner counts as one User. The same person in several Groups owned by that Account counts once toward the Business roster, while valid pending invitations reserve Group capacity.
Task privacyPrivate and Secret Tasks help teams keep selected work visible only to the people who need it. The exact audience is shown when creating or editing the Task.
Task Due DatesTask Due Dates are date-only planning markers. They do not currently send separate Task reminders.

The Business Owner counts as one person. The same person in several Groups owned by that Account counts once, while valid pending invitations reserve space. Users are not billed per seat.
A Secret Task is visible to the Group Owner and its one assigned User. A Private Task is visible only to the Group Owner. The resolved audience is shown in Task details.
No. Task Due Dates are date-only planning markers. Checklist alerts, activity notifications and optional Business Owner tools remain separate.
Business remains active until the end of the paid period. WePrep does not delete your work. Resources above Standard limits may be paused or plan-archived until you resolve the limits or Business access returns.
