How counting worksEach Business counts its owner and valid pending invitations toward its own people limit. Membership in another owner’s Business does not use an owned-Business allowance.
Task privacyPrivate and Secret Tasks retain their existing access rules. Responsibility assignment alone does not grant System access.
Founding Business Pass$150 once covers two Businesses for ten calendar years. It does not renew automatically.

The owner counts as one person in each covered Business. Valid pending invitations reserve a place in that Business. A person in two Businesses counts once in each.
It is a one-time $150 purchase for the base Business Plan for ten calendar years. It is limited to the first 100 successful purchases and does not renew automatically.
Your Business Plan includes two Businesses. Eligible owners can add a third or further Business through Business+ for $12/month each.
WePrep retains your work and existing access protections. New paid configuration and expansion stop until valid coverage returns; existing restricted work does not become public.
