The Business owner counts as one person. The same person in several Groups owned by that account counts once, while valid pending invitations reserve space. Invited users do not pay individually.

Cancel without deletion
Cancel through the Stripe customer portal and Business remains active until the end of the current paid period. If your account returns to Free, WePrep pauses or archives resources above Free limits for you to resolve—it does not delete your checklists, Groups or templates.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes unlimited checklists, Realtime collaboration, assignments, My Items, Critical Tasks, Final Check, built-in templates and basic notifications.
No. Business is US$7 monthly or US$64 yearly for the whole team, within its ten-unique-person roster.
Stripe charges US$64 for the year. The US$5.33 monthly equivalent is supplementary; the actual charge is US$64 yearly.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Business stays active until then, and resources above Free limits are paused or archived rather than deleted.
We do not normally provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time. We can correct duplicate or incorrect charges and will meet applicable legal obligations.
Unlimited checklists and, for Business, personal templates are intended for normal human use. Proportionate fair-use protections may apply to abusive or automated use.
