Version 2.0

Clearer collaboration and easier invitations

  • Added automatic invitation emails for Group owners.
  • Added a direct Invite user shortcut on each Group page.
  • Added a one-time What’s New summary after announced releases.
  • Clarified that WePrep is a real-time shared checklist where people create and assign tasks to each other.
  • Improved invitation delivery status and secure resend handling.
  • Added founder-only Resend usage monitoring without introducing customer invitation quotas.

Version 1.9

Clearer Groups and Business capacity

  • Added Business Accounts with higher Group and user capacity and unlimited personal templates.
  • Moved Group users and sent invitations into dedicated Group Settings.
  • Simplified Home around Groups and incoming invitations.
  • Added a live pending-task badge to My Items.
  • Expanded user colour choices for larger Groups.
